Stetchworth Parish Council


Stetchworth is a small village and civil parish in East Cambridgeshire, in England, 3 miles (5 km) to the south of the horse-racing centre of Newmarket and around 12 miles (19 km) east of Cambridge. The last census in 2011 recorded 691 residents living in the parish.  The results of the 2021 census are yet to be published.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 16th May in the Gredley Room at the Ellesmere Centre at 8pm.  

Members of the public and press are invited to attend.

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting when the residents of Stetchworth are given the opportunity to address Parish Councillors on any issue within the parish that is of concern to them.  The meeting is hosted by the Parish Council but is not a Council meeting. 

The meeting begins at 7:30pm.  Items on the agenda include a report from the Ellesmere Trustees and a look at the unaudited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2023.

Why not come along and find out more about what goes on in the parish and what the Parish Council is working on!

Meetings are held in the Gredley Room, Ellesmere Centre, Ley Road at 7:30pm on the third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise stated.
